The Domestic Energy Assessor surveying service was launched in 2008 and has produced Energy Performance Certificates for existing domestic properties within the Herts, Beds and Bucks areas.

Energy performance certificates are now required whenever a property is sold or rented in the UK. The energy performance rating determines the actual energy efficiency of a domestic dwelling and it’s potential to increase the rating if suggested improvements are made.

Energy ratings are classified from A – G with A rated properties being the most energy efficient.

Customers benefit from receiving a full assessment of their property’s energy performance and advice on improvements they can make to reduce their energy bills in the future.
